What to Write to Us About

Feedback and feature requests — Tell us what you like, what frustrates you, or what you wish Verbault could do. We prioritise features based on real user needs.
Bug reports — If something is broken or behaving unexpectedly, please describe what you did, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A browser or device note helps too.
Content and licensing questions — All books in the Verbault library come from Project Gutenberg and are in the public domain. If you have a question about a specific text or believe a title has been included in error, please let us know.
Account deletion requests — To have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us with "Account deletion request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
Press and partnership enquiries — We are open to thoughtful collaborations with educators, publishers, and other projects that share our mission.
